I Value ME! ™ group coaching is an investment in her well-being that where we enrich the narrative! Enhance her story and gift her with coaching that will shape, grow, develop, equip, and EmpowerHER! to be a girl whose strength and influence precedes her on into womanhood wherever she goes!
I’m Mrs. Kiesha, and my signature coaching program, I Value ME, is utilized to empower young girls to become self-reliant, self-motivated individuals who know their worth and are unapologetically secure in their identity and comfortable being authentically themselves. Today’s society has set cookie-cutter standards that, even if you happen to fit the mold just perfectly, are unsustainable. It is important now, more than ever to establish perimeters that set forth an emergence of young girls influenced by values and behaviors promoting wellness, strength, and discipline to sustain confidence in and esteem for themselves as well as their abilities and contributions to the world. With that in mind, I have developed techniques, tools, and strategies implemented in a 7-point SELF framework with interrelating components to help cultivate a girl’s strong sense of self-worth.
HER! Coaching
I Value ME!
I Value ME™ Coaching is designed to promote a positive, progressive self-concept emphasizing self-worth, self-confidence, and self-acceptance while developing holistic life skills that inspire healthy habits and empower discipline in the lives of girls.
I Value Me is a group coaching program that offers girls a safe, supportive, peer network. Girls learn to transform their lives by simply by taking four essential steps: discover yourself, be yourself, trust yourself and embrace yourself. Girls listen to confidence-building messages that include practical skills they can exercise and execute in their everyday lives. The social interaction of this group lends a sense of sisterhood erasing the mean-girl syndrome plaguing today’s teens with unnecessary fears, conflicts and challenges.
I Value ME! is a gender specific prevention education program for girls 11-18 designed to:
- Encourage and promote self-worth, self-love, self-confidence, and self-acceptance
- Develop life skills, healthy coping, and decision making skills.
- Inspire healthy habits regarding relationships, physical activity and nutrition
- Empower self-discipline and commitment for pushing themselves to reach goals
- Equip with techniques, tools and experiences that build social-emotional intelligence
- Influence attitudes and behaviors that discourage gender stereotyping
- Elevate thinking about abilities to reach goals and make achievements

7-Point SELF Framework
The I Value ME! ™ 7-Point Framework is the basic structure of needs developed to cultivate girls’ strong sense of self-worth. The components of the construct are interconnected and positive changes made in one can catapult a positive change in another. Girls are encouraged to address goals regarding and engage in activities concerning these critical components in order to make strategic decisions and tactical shifts in thinking for lasting changes that can be self-monitored.
