“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
John 15:5 New International Version (NIV) 5
From the Heart of Mrs. Kiesha
“Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.”
(Titus 2:3-5)
Titus 2:3-5 is one of the foundational scriptures of EmpowerHER! Faith, and it embodies so much of the core value of who I am. I often wondered WHY God would give me such a passion for girls and girls’ ministry. He told me that was from my beliefs and faith being empowered as a little girl by the woman who gave me life and other wise women who modeled love, humility, leadership, and commitment, that compelled me to love Him.
You see, my mother taught me, at an early age, the importance of loving a God you couldn’t see. It was HER! who sat in the bathroom EVERY morning and night reading her worn and torn black Bible from front to back! It was HER! who I saw praying daily and giving encouraging words and scriptures to fit life’s various situations. It was HER! who said, “Kiesha, this is your Daily Bread. Read it daily. It will help you in the good times and the bad.”
My mother’s intentional efforts in teaching me who God is, consistently empowering me in His Word and surrounding me with other women of wisdom and substance manifested a woman of character and hope with an undying love for God and His people. It is important that I empower you, God’s girls; so that you know the value He places on your lives, because you, too, are His beloved. To learn more about the Titus 2 woman and Kiesha L. “How can a young [woman]keep [her]way pure? By keeping it according to Your word.” (Psalm 119:9).

EH! FAITH
WDGS (What Did God Say)?! Most often than not, the paths toward teaching young girls to value themselves and keep their dignity, all prominently display the same regulatory signs and/or markers.
Mrs. Kiesha fires up workshop attendees as she challenges the staying power of rules in lieu of teaching girls the importance of staying pure from a health perspective as well as being honorable and holy before God. “I Value Me” promises tools and resources to help girls understand that their value ultimately comes from God and within. Girls leave this workshop empowered because they have gained insight into who God says they are and a forward glance at what they can do and become when they experience true, faith-building transformation.
EH! FAITH
Often referring to her mother surrounding her with godly, influential women, Mrs. Kiesha is a walking testimony of the fruits yielded when sisterhood between Christian women emerges and is embraced.
Societal “norms” challenge the very idea of sisterhood each day. Mrs. Kiesha affirms there CANNOT be illusions and trickery when it comes to interconnecting young girls through faith in God for the purpose of uplifting one another, cheering one another on, and most of all accepting one another according to the truths found in God’s Word. It’s your role; know your lines; play your part and empower your sister and her thoughts!

Raising children in today’s world can be tough; but, raising girls can be particularly challenging. Journey with Mrs. Kiesha as she walks you through her firsthand experience of what God gave her as “Trial and Learn.”
She offers you tools to extend the grace needed for raising girls from societal and biblical standpoints, as well as illustrates how the often and inevitable convergence of the two require a daily walk with God. Along with her personal experiences, Mrs. Kiesha shares videos and everyday case studies and scenarios that prove there are no errors in Trial and Learn, only a greater perspective to be gained from learning. Parents, hold tight, especially us Type A mamas. Hear how you can raise girls by seeing them not through lenses of whom we think they should be, but by seeing them for whom God has purposed them to be!

The adolescence years are the most critical, and often challenging, years, because girls are seeking a sense of value, purpose and worth. Mrs. Kiesha believes the Word of God is the ultimate manual for raising girls.
She causes parents to pause with two simple words, “No More!” No more parenting girls through the eyes and insight of anyone but God! No more seeing your girls for who you’d like them to be or think they should be! This workshop is unlike any other. Her compelling teaching shifts the trajectory of parenting. Learn and acquire tools on how to extend God’s grace to your daughters and how to encircle them with godly women with intentional efforts, encouragement, and support. For this workshop that resolves and evolves mother-daughter relationships, book Mrs. Kiesha!
