Timelines for Booking
KEYNOTES
COUSAR Empowerment, LLC desires to meet your expectations and bring the most value to your audience. Therefore, to book KIESHA L COUSAR Speaker Services for a keynote speech for your upcoming event, please contact COUAR Empowerment, LLC at least five (5) weeks prior to your event.
In the event that you book KIESHA L COUSAR Speaker Services for a keynote speech less than five (5) weeks prior to your event, please note additional fees shall be incurred. A 50% retainer fee is due upon execution of the contract and the remaining balance is due the day of the event, prior to the Speaker’s performance.
CUSTOM KEYNOTES
COUSAR Empowerment, LLC can customize a keynote speech tailored specifically for your audience. Therefore, if you would like to book KIESHA L COUSAR SPEAKER SERVICES, for a customize keynote speech for your upcoming event, please contact COUSAR Empowerment, LLC at least nine (9) weeks prior to your event. However, in the event that you book KIESHA L COUSAR Speaker Services for a customize keynote speech less than nine (9) weeks prior to your event; please note additional fees shall be incurred. A 50% retainer fee is due upon execution of the contract and the remaining balance is due the day of the event, prior to the Speaker’s performance.

To help ensure that Kiesha’s engagements meets your expectations and brings the most value to your audience, please review the requests below and let us know if you have any questions. Kiesha is flexible and will work with your A/V capabilities and your technicians to make the most of your program/event.
We appreciate your attention to detail and your willingness to help Coach Kiesha create the very best experience for your audience.
EQUIPMENT
Wireless lavaliere (tie clip) microphone with fresh batteries. (A back-up microphone is also recommended.) Kiesha prefers a clip-on microphone versus over the ear or handheld…but she can also work with what you have. Please secure an additional second microphone (handheld or stationary) for the person introducing Kiesha. It works best if there is no need to “hand off” the lavaliere microphone from the one introducing to the speaker.
SLIDES
Kiesha sometimes uses slides during her presentation. If she doesn’t have a full slide deck, we will provide a simple title slide with her name, contact info, etc. We will email her slides or title slide prior to the event and ask that the slide(s) be run from your computer and stay up on the screen throughout Kiesha’s presentation.
If you’d like to modify the slide(s) to fit into the overall theme for your event, please confirm prior. If a full slide deck is necessary for Kiesha’s keynote at your event she can discuss this with you and your team prior to the event. She will sometimes use a simple, one-page physical handout. In that case, she will email the handout prior to her program so you can print it and distribute it to all of your program/event attendees.
STAGING AND LIGHTING
A tall lectern or small table to the side and pushed to the back of the stage with space for notes/books, and also lots of space for Coach Kiesha to walk around if desired. She speaks from both behind podium and throughout the stage.
A bright stage will help keep audience focus at the front of the room. Kiesha will utilize portions of the stage area. If the room has any spotlights, please aim them for a general coverage of the front of the stage (please be mindful not directly into Kiesha’s eyes if possible).
Kiesha likes to be able to see the audience and wants the audience members to be able to see each other for engagement. For this reason, please keep the house lights up a bit for this type of interaction. Thank you kindly!

In response to the global pandemic, Kiesha delivers her signature keynotes in person and/or virtually via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx or whatever video platform your organization uses.
