MEET THE COUSARS

Growing up Cousar for sure is a roller coaster ride!

NOTHING about our family dynamics is a straight and narrow line.  We’re just two God-fearing parents who decided to buckle up and trust God THROUGH our family ride.

This is US Cousar 5!

Kennedy Kline

Hey guys! I'm Kennedy Kline.

I’m the oldest of the Cousar Kids and a 15-year-old sophomore in high school. I have a strong passion for helping others, social justice and advocacy. I love to speak, read, and think on my feet! I like to build people up and empower girls through confidence and self-esteem. I’m a middle school girls’ empowerment speaker.

I have a strong love for God, and I love to serve and encourage others, especially children with special needs.  I currently run track and, believe it or not, I LOVE hurdles; they remind me a lot of this teenage life (lol). So often we’re faced with many obstacles, but if we take them in stride, focus, and leap, we’re able to get over them! For today, my higher education school of choice is 100% Spellman College and aim to attend in 2022!

Karrington Kane

Hey guys! I'm Karrington Kane.

I’m the the spunky, athletic, middle Cousar kid. I am 10 years old, in 5th grade and I absolutely LOVE ALLLLLLLLLLL things art, design, cardboard, and God!  Even though I believe I’m a pretty girl, I don’t need prissy and pink. I like challenges, adventure, and I love physical fitness!  I am relentless, driven and smart.

I’ve known for a while that I’m going to NC State School of Design and I plan to play division one soccer. People are surprised when I tell them that I know my life goals! Yep, that’s me and I’m not ashamed that I’m really driven and know what I want in life.  I’m happy go lucky yet very focused and determined. Oh, and again one important fact about me! I LOVE cardboard!!!!!!!!!!!! And if it’s within reach; trust me; I will design something out of it quick!

Wellington Chase

Hey guys! I'm Wellington Chase.

I’m the youngest Cousar kid and they call me Bishop Wells because at an early age I said I wanted to preach, be a business man, and a billionaire. My desire has changed a little bit on being a preacher because I know I don’t want to stand behind the pulpit. I just want to speak and share God’s word like a disciple to the people.  I have a servant’s heart and I love to ask deep bible questions.

I am thoughtful, kind, and smart. I’ve heard a lot of people say I ask wise questions for a 2nd grader.  I’m also witty and I love math!   And one other thing I absolutely are my sisters. Karrington is my best friend. Whatever she needs she can count it done!

Lawrence Gemelle

Hey everyone - I'm Lawrence Gemelle Cousar.

Most people just call me Gemelle, and I’m the husband of Kiesha and dad of the Cousar 3!!!  I am one hundred percent a man of faith and a family man. I take a lot after my late father, Lawrence Edward (Bobby) Cousar. He was the epitome of a family man. He was the first earthly role model of integrity and manhood.

I deeply regard my core values of character, integrity, and commitment. I absolutely LOVE my family and the role God gave me to lead, provide, equip, and protect what He has given me. I consider myself highly blessed and favored. I am a serial entrepreneur and a visionary of development.

Kiesha LaQuantia

Hey, everyone - I'm Kiesha L. Cousar!

A lot of my close friends call me KC. Before I was married, I was KD, so it wasn’t too hard to shift! I have always loved people. I was an outgoing, driven student and am still that way today. I’m still on my way to achieving many of my dreams, and I will always be a lifelong learner.

I LOVEEEEEEE helping people identify their passion, purpose, power and I love to see them access their freedom.  As long as I can remember, I’ve had a heart to encourage and empower others.

Family is at the core of my foundation. I love being a wife and a mom, both of which are my most challenging work and greatest roles in the earth. To my beloved elderly parents, Edward Morris and Yonnie Vee Davis because of you two, iCAN and I would not be who I am without you. I am grateful beyond words to be free and live life 100% authentically me!
